About the drink

This elegant cocktail is inspired by the city of Jaipur in its color and its royal allure. The “pink city” was founded by Maharaj Jai Singh II, the local ruler after whom the city is named, and has been famous for its cultural heritage and textile traditions ever since. We are pretty sure that the traditional folks out there will reconsider the “blue’s for boys, pink’s for girls” paradigma after trying out this refreshing drink (who thinks that anyways)!

The gin is produced in Goa, southern India, and features a very exotic bouquet, while the Chandon is made in Mumbai region, and, in spite of the odds (we all know wine is not what India’s famous for!) is very pleasent.

You can try this with white guava as well, but let’s face it: pink it’s just so much prettier!
